SJBCA member meetings are held on the third Wednesday of January, February, March, May, July, September, November and December.  A special Bass Bowl pre-tournament meeting is held on the Wednesday prior to the Bass Bowl in October.  No member meetings are scheduled in April, June or August. Friday, January 30, 2026 The Ike Foundation Scholarship Dinner to be held at The Grove at Centerton, 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM. More details can be found on the Ike Foundation website. Sunday, June 21, 2026 SJBCA Open Buddy Tournament (aka "The Steve Steinmetz Memorial") to be held at Union Lake in Millville from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Saturday, July 11, 2026 South Jersey Youth Outdoor Day to be held at the Salem County Sportsmen's Club on Rt 40 in Carney's Point (Salem County) from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.  Click here to go to this event's web site. Wednesday, July 15, 2026 (early start time) SJBCA Member Meeting to be held at Scotland Run Park (Wilson Lake) in Clayton.  Free barbecue starts at approximately 6:00 pm; business portion of meeting will follow.  Agenda items will include:  Presentation of 2026 scholarships, review of June open buddy tournament, final preparations for SJ Youth Outdoor Day, last date for clubs to submit club member rosters (to qualify Bass Bowl team members).  Featured speaker:  TBA. Wednesday, October 7, 2026 SJBCA Bass Bowl Pre-Tournament Meeting to be held at 4th Ward Bass Anglers clubhouse near Parvin State Park.  Starts at 7:30 PM.  Clubs must qualify in order to participate in this tournament.  Attendance at this meeting by at least one member of each Bass Bowl participant club is required.  Clubs must submit the names of their six Bass Bowl team members (paired by boat) and entry fee (and possibly any ramp fee money).  Information, directions, tournament rules, waiver forms and boat starting numbers will be distributed. Sunday, October 11, 2026 SJBCA Bass Bowl our annual bragging rights tournament, to be held at Delaware River, NJ (launching from Gloucester City ramp).  Times are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Clubs must qualify in order to participate.  Volunteers are needed to ensure the success of this event.  Wednesday, November 18, 2026 SJBCA Executive Board Meeting (officers only) to be held at 4th Ward Bass Anglers clubhouse near Parvin State Park.  Starts at 6:45 pm.
